A-FRAME WINE COMPANY
Discover our journey through California as we connect wine enthusiasts with vineyards and varietals that bear authentic wines, born from curiosity, exploration and passion.
Exploration and Passion defined
California has become a hotbed of exploration, intrigue, artful winemaking and risk-taking. We are thrilled to be a part of the contemporary California wine movement. Our history and curiosity have brought us to exceptional vineyards, off the beaten-path, to where lesser known varietals thrive. We "make" our wines in the vineyard and are passionate about the "Old World/New World" reality that our wines represent.

La La Rosé
- Vintage: 2019
- Alcohol: 11.80%
- Appellation: Santa Barbara County
- More Information
“La La” is inspired by our home of California and the lack of reality, weird, amazing and unique nature of the city of Los Angeles (as well as some interesting urban meanings...). As rose should be: whimsical, fun and pleasurable, we wanted the fantasy name of our cuvee to embody just that.

"The G" Grenache Noir
- Vintage: 2017
- Alcohol: 14.5%
- Appellation: Sta. Rita Hills
- More Information
“The G” Grenache was inspired by some of the new school of Spanish producers making wines at high elevation in the Sierra de Gredos mountains & D.O. Vinos de Madrid. The style is about elegance and purity of fruit. The label inspiration came from a dizzying night in New York City, traveling through the subway system and waiting patiently for the “G-Train” which happens to be the most finicky and unusual train in all of the subway system in NYC.

"Baby G" Grenache, Santa Barbara County
- Vintage: 2018
- Appellation: Santa Barbara County
- More Information
The 2018 "Baby G" comes from the same vintage as the "La La" Rosé: Black Oak. Situated in Los Alamos, this vineyard yields a spicy, fleshy and vibrant version of Grenache, that is a great aperitif and very food-friendly. Aromatic red fruit and red/blue fruit on the palate with a savory edge. Even better with a slight chill on a warm day.
